A magnitude 7.3 earthquake has struck Eastern Turkey at a depth of just 7.2 km (4.5 miles), the quake hit at 10:41:21 UTC Sunday 23rd October 2011.The epicenter was 19 km ( 12 miles) Northeast of Van, Turkey
No reports of Damage or Injuries reported at this time

Update: Unconfirmed reports of collapsed buildings, will update once I have something more concrete.
Update: Looking at the stations this earthquake will most likely be downgraded to a 6.8 or 6.7 magnitude earthquake.
