A magnitude 5.2 earthquake has struck the Solomon Islands at a depth of 54.1 km ( 33.6 miles), the quake hit at 05:57:13 UTC Friday 28th October 2011.The epicenter was 57 km ( 35 miles) WSW of Kira Kira, San Cristobal, Solomon Islands
