A magnitude 5.1 earthquake has struck the Santa Cruz Islands at a depth of 58.1 km ( 36.1 miles), the quake hit at 00:57:21 UTC Saturday 29th October 2011.The epicenter was 90 km ( 55 miles) West of Lata, Santa Cruz Islands, Solomon Islands
