A magnitude 5.2 earthquake has struck the West Chile Rise at a depth of 10 km (6.2 miles), the quake hit at 23:22:12 UTC Monday 3rd October 2011.The epicenter was 670 km ( 416 miles) WSW of Castro, Los Lagos, Chile
