A magnitude 5.0 earthquake has struck the Kashmir-Xinjiang Border Region at a depth of 93.8 km (58.3 miles), the quake hit at 11:03:00 UTC Tuesday 27th September 2011.The epicenter was 227 km (141 miles) ENE of Gilgit, Kashmir
